Removal request submitted for signs within the city of London are usually processed on the next business day. Sometimes removals will be processed on the subsequent day, depending on scheduling.

If you are having a sign installed at a condominium, please check with the management to determine what their policies are on real-estate signs. Sometimes signs are only allowed in certain places, or not at all. When these policies are not followed the post and sign may need to be removed, or may be removed and discarded by the property, at your expense. While we do our best to keep track of individual condominiums' policies, this is ultimately your responsibility.

Sold riders are available to our customers free of charge. If possible we will try to leave a sold rider at the property when the sign is initially installed. Contact us to arrange to have some delivered to your office if this is more convenient.

We charge a $5.00 fee for the removal of stickers applied to posts, and recommend against sticking them to your signs as well; this often damages the signs.

We have many different sign riders already in stock, and we are can produce custom riders for you in our shop, which can be mounted to the post for an additional charge.

We have information boxes available for agents upon request, at an additional charge.

While we do install posts for some agents who prefer to hang their own signs, we also offer free storage of your signs in our secure facility, so that we can hang your sign when we install the post. While your signs are with us, they remain your property, and you can retrieve them if you need to with advanced notice. Agents signs are not insured by us while they are at our facility.

Agents are responsible to inform us of removals of sold or expired signs, and signs requiring service. 

The sign post remains our property at all times, and is for all intents and purposes rented to you for use on a single property. The post is not to be moved or removed. If you require any service for the post, please contact us.

In the event that the post is damaged or lost you will be billed a replacement fee of $75.00
